Before we book the sessions, we'll have an online chat to discuss you current challenges, physical pains or blocks.
10 minutes before each session, you'll receive a message from me, and that's your cue to get comfortable & relax for an hour, undisturbed.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Who do you work with?
Anyone who's curious enough, those who have tried therapy, coaching and other approaches but still feel like you're no further forward.
Most of the people who come to me are those who struggle to articulate how they're feeling, but are aware of the symptoms they face.
How long does the program last?
Some clients need just one session, others need several.
We do the number of sessions it takes to clear the problems or challenges you came to me with.
There is a minimum of 7 days between one session & the next. This is so that we release what's blocking you at a healthy & safe pace.
How long do the sessions last?
Each session is 60 minutes long for you.
For me, it's 3 hours - I prep for 60 minutes before & afterwards to ensure you get the best of me & my work.
What's the time commitment
Unlike structured coaching programs, like my Focused Action Amplifier, this is more fluid.
You'll need to make sure you have 60 minutes uninterrupted for the sessions themselves, and we can book those at a time that works for both of us.
The coaching is all done over WhatsApp so you can message me whenever you need to with your questions so I can guide you through them.
How do remote sessions work?
You'll be in touch with me over WhatsApp, no need for Zoom or a phone call - a chance for you to have an hour to yourself of uninterrupted me time that you rarely find for yourself!
I'll message you 10 minutes before the session is due to start, with a relaxation technique so you can start to get comfortable.
I'll also message you once the session is over with detailed notes after the session, and some homework to do.
If you fall asleep - that is TOTALLY fine, a lot of my clients do! The notes will be there for you and we can chat about what came up for you when you wake up.
What modalities do you use?
I've had certain psychic abilities since I was young. When connected to someone in a session, I receive messages relating to current situations and situations that may happen in the future.
I also see past events vividly that relate to your current blocks, which mean we identify the root cause and get to work on clearing it straight away.
Over the last 4 years, I've trained in Usui Reiki & Elemental Reiki.
I am also initiated into the ancient Egyptian mysteries & traditions, allowing me to use powerful physical and energy tools for the highest good of my clients.
This can include cutting cords with people in your life where you want to end a relationship. Or simply resetting it.
We pick up other people's negative energy more than we think.
Something many of my clients ask for is to remove the negative energy they feel, but can't pinpoint.
I'll also be happy to answer any questions you have and will always share the processes I've worked with in your sessions with you.

As soon as you make your payment, we'll book in your first session.
Sessions after that can be booked as we go through the process.

I'm sceptical. How do I know you're the one?
You 100% should be. The training, coaching & consulting industry is full of people with different experiences, expertise & credentials. And the term "anyone can be a coach" well, it's true. They can.
I'm a certified coach & trained in High Magick, but here's the thing: A certification & training don't turn a bad coach or practitioner into a better one.
Something to take note of if you rely on them as a seal of trust or proof that you'll get the results you want.
Even though I can remove what's blocking you, you'll only ever experience lasting results if you follow the guidance & make the changes in your life that you say you want.
It's a big investment of your time, money and energy. That "know, like and trust" factor is key. That comes with social proof, connection, relatability and likeability amongst many other things.

What's your backstory?
I was a carer for my 55 y/o disabled aunt from the age of 8, my childhood was great, but it was also very violent.
I didn't enjoy uni so dropped out when I was 19, was lucky to have been offered 2 roles in the city, and one of them led me to my 24 year career in change management & process improvement (I'm a geek at heart!)
I lost my aunt & Dad 6 months apart when I was 23. That was tough to get through. I was one week into my role at Goldman Sachs, having been headhunted by them a month earlier...and I threw myself into my new role & my businesses.
A few years later, unknown to me I had my first flashback & suffered for years with debilitating episodes.
It was challenging living like everything was fine, but eventually it caught up with me. I burnout out twice in my 20s, but didn't take it seriously.
Then at 37, I had a breakdown that almost took my life. I finally was diagnosed with severe Complex PTSD, which I'd had for decades but had no clue.
Therapy & coaching helped to a point, but I was often told I was too ambitious & sessions felt like revisiting the past when I had come to terms with it, so I opted for a different approach.
I applied the exact method I'd used to simplify the most complex of businesses, making them $20m+ to simplify & amplify my own life.
And I approached what I was most sceptical about, my psychic abilities & training in High Magick after seeing the power of the sessions I'd received myself,
Today, I'm a Director at an investment bank, I run 2 businesses - I do more than ever, but have more time than ever for what & who matters most.
And over the last 3 years, I've helped 301+ consultants & coaches to do the same!
What's your refund policy?
This is a powerful container, which requires significant preparation work from me for each person (1 hour before and after each session).
While there are no refunds, you can reschedule or delay your sessions with up to 24 hours notice.
