PEAK 01 | Week 1
With the 5 Peaks, you START and leave in a position of POWER.
With never-ending demands from partners, friends, children, colleagues and clients, it's easy to lose our sense of identity or know who we really are. We struggle to work out what we want for ourselves, let alone achieve those personal ambitions. We say yes to each opportunity, hoping that one just might leave us fulfilled and feeling worthy.
The POWER peak is your foundation for optimal decision-making each time:

PEAK 02 | Week 2
We want to be the go-to person. The role model. The benchmark for the rest. But when we're everything to everyone, we become a nobody and live life on their terms.
In this peak, you'll implement what will really make you stand out.

PEAK 04 | Week 4
Prioritising is hard with numerous competing commitments. We choose the ones that shout the loudest and spend the rest of our time feeling guilty or playing catch up.
KICK OFF is where you set your goals and get the wheels in motion to achieve your personal goals and ambitions, with MORE time for play.
You will learn to:

PEAK 05 | Week 5 & 6
Nothing beats learning new techniques that propel us forward in our lives. Other than staying power.
Whatever benefits we gain, we lose in a split second if we can't stay the course with persistence and grit.
Setbacks and obstacles are a part of life. When they happen, we can either sit in self-pity, or deal with it in a way that keeps us moving closer to our goals.
Here you'll learn to:

- Allow challenges to be the making of you.
- Be mindfully present for what and who matters most to you.
- Adapt to changing needs and demands like it's second nature
Why work with me.
I'm a mental performance & productivity specialist and a High Magick healing practitioner. I'm also studying MSc Psychology & Neuroscience at King's College London.
In parallel, I run 5S Projects, a process consultancy for management consultancies and digital agencies, generating £5m + for businesses by improving and simplifying their processes
But that shouldn't be your reason to work with, or even listen to me.
My Dad lost his life to burnout in 2003. More recently, I've seen friends and family, lose theirs too soon because of it. Others have ignored the signs to fix it later, until their health and relationships break down.
I've worked in high-pressured environments with the likes of Goldman Sachs, UBS, PWC, IBM, HSBC and others, while running other businesses for 24+ years.
I first burnt out at 28. I lacked sleep. I was irritable. I pushed through the mental and physical exhaustion to get things done. Even though I was signed off from work.
I burnt out again at 33. And did exactly the same. I survived it once, so I'll survive it again.
At 36, I had a breakdown that nearly took my life. I wasn't as invincible as I thought.
My own journey, along with my process & project management expertise, have helped me to achieve now what I knew I was capable of, without ruining my health and the lives of those I love.
